Vintage Japanese kasuri / ikat of early to mid 1900s.

Hand loomed.

High quality, valuable fine weave. This is a very dark blue, it is not black.

It was once part of a garment, likely kimono, and has been taken apart for reuse.

Lightweight, nice and soft.

Great vintage condition with some light brown discoloration.

129cm x 36cm / 50.78" x 14.17".
